Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and results, for which Lion Inked is not responsible.
3. Payments & Fees
All fees are due as outlined in the agreed proposal or invoice.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While Lion Inked uses industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to revenue increases, rankings, traffic, engagement, or sales outcomes, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Results may vary due to market conditions, platform changes, audience behavior, and client participation.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, content, designs, and deliverables created by Lion Inked remain the intellectual property of Lion Inked until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights will transfer as outlined in the service agreement.
Lion Inked retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.
Lion Inked reserves the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of terms, or unethical or unlawful conduct, with no obligation to issue a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Lion Inked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Lion Inked’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Lion Inked may utilize third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., advertising platforms, analytics tools). Lion Inked is not responsible for outages, changes, or policies imposed by third parties.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
